I just moved in at the end of August the apartment is good and the staff is amazing any questions you have they answer immediately the lady in the office is easy and great to work with. It’s a pretty quiet complex to be honest and the pricing is really good for me especially in this terrible housing market. They allow up to three pets which is great as well most complexes have become so strict with their policies it’s insane. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody looking to live in Salem!

For those that do not want to read this long post, I'll sum it up here: DO NOT RENT HERE. This place cares about one thing: MONEY. You are nothing but a number and commission for the office workers, when there are any. My fiance and I lived here for three years. 2.5 of those years were okay. Kaila Gratham was our office worker and she was a pleasure to work with. Rent was raised without the 60-90 days notice that is state law in Virginia and she fixed it so that we would have the 60-90 days to deliberate this. She seemed to ... read more
This place is a complete joke. The ice and snow is never treated in the parking lot. This can lead to residents getting hurt and filing legal action. There is never anyone in the office, no one responds to maintenance requests. This place needs to be shut down. I am a former property manager for other apartments in this area. Trust me, mine we're never ran like this. My mother lives at one of greenbriar properties and has had nothing but issues. We will pursue legal action and move her out of this place.
