Mark was very informative and welcoming, making the sign up process simple and straight forward. While I cannot personally attest to being a resident as of yet, the two bedroom 1.5 bath apartment on the tour appeared very spacious, clean, and is decently priced compared to some other apartments within the Kalamazoo/Portage area that I have lived in. This place also gives a discount for certain fees if you worked from a list of preferred employers in the area.
