I had a great experience during my cryotherapy session! Bernice was absolutely wonderful — she was very friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of the services and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to get the most out of their experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with Bernice!

Had my first experience with red light therapy and cryotherapy and loved it!! The staff is so lovely, and Ava was especially friendly and welcoming. She explained everything and made it a really comfortable, positive experience. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first time doing red light and cupping so i was a little nervous but Maryam is very professional, well knowledged and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to explain the benefits of red light therapy and cupping, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.
