I initially had a good experience over the phone when making my booking for Monday, the 24th. However, due to some miscommunication, their system had it recorded for the 25th instead. I showed up on Monday as planned, but the reception was empty, so after waiting for a while, I eventually left. The next day, I received an invoice for a $250 no-show fee. This location does ADULT autism and adhd diagnosis. I had my 1st appointment today and the psychologist I spoke to is incredibly knowledgeable on this topic and the questions are very in depth and intense. this differs from every other psychologist I have had in the past who generally have treated me for anxiety symptoms, I don't ever remember speaking this much about autism and adhd. all in all a very positive experience and the great thing is they do not expect the payment for this all in a lump sum like some other places.... read more
