This venue was amazing. Staff was extremely attentive, grounds were beautiful, Literally, everything was perfect. Employees were consistently asking if any guest needed anything, steam tables were kept full, bartender was sociable and funny. Highly recommend for any of your catering and party venues
Not worth it. A lot of money and disingenuous service. Promises of certain services and under delivering. Made to sound like superior service. Get to venue with a package of napkins we had to fold ourselves. Nominal things we discussed that were charged extra for day of event. Owner made it sound so easy and when items weren’t available we were charged extra. Numerous items promised and then charged for the day of event. Renting out a restaurant would be much more economical and satisfying. Disappointed.
We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Inn! The place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. Everything felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were. They were very kind and helped switch our room to one that better suited our needs, which made a huge difference in our comfort and overall experience. The Victoria Inn hosted us for our wedding. We utilized the beautiful outdoor gazebo for our ceremony and the Garden Pavilion for our reception. The owners were wonderful. They communicated well with us throughout the process of planning our big day and were receptive to customizing aspects of the experience for us.
