This is a cracking pub. The interior has been done up really nicely as has the beer garden, and it's a lovely place to sit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent as well. Really recommend coming for lunch or dinner or just a couple of pints.
We had a superb meal at The Victoria. The service was excellent as was the food. We had a three course set menu which suited us.
Our experience was first class. All of your staff were so friendly and helpful. The ambiance of your venue is also lovely and we'll certainly be back. Well done you should be very proud and this is coming from someone who has been in the pub scene in Albury for just over forty years. Pete.
Went there today for lunch after my brother visted the week prior, highly recommending the place. The pub itself is beautifully renovated and has a nice vibe. Service initially was great and we were advised that it was a full table service and no need to go to the bar for drinks. They took our drink order, returned and took our meal order......and that was it. No sign of our waitress for the remainder of time we were there (50 minutes). Restaurant had great atmosphere and great steak and pork chop and pizza couldn’t fault anything . Service was quick polite and accomodating of small child’s needs also. Highly recommend to anyone one who visits Rutherglen
