Corporate greed. Blood tests and ultrasound do not cost 2600$ not even for humans. Then knowing my dog was extremely sick they took her in and I never saw her again they made me wait in an exam room until they nailed down if I could afford the cost testing until I came back to pick her up from her little bit of treatment that at that point trusted them to do 175 for visit another 400$ to give her an iv and nausea medication absolutely shameful. Unfortunately it was very bad. I used this emergency place before in the past couple times and the crew was really caring and efficient. This time it wasn’t . I brought my yorkie in the emergency because he didn’t stop having diarrhea that was only blood. Being a 4 pound little dog he was getting dehydrated quickly. With a little syringe I administered water on his tongue before we drove over there. The desk person was very efficient handling the credit card. This place has been the only option for around the clock emergency care for our precious fur babies for years. They’ve always had a reputation for being cold and taking advantage of people by charging much more than the average clinics in the area.
