Absolutely awesome - I was sitting at the airport in Chicago waiting to board my flight for vacation when my daughter in law called to tell me my Standard Poodle was suddenly showing many early symtoms of bloat. Berlin Vet added Willow to there already full schedule on a Friday afternoon. Willow was assessed, treated and provided amazing care to get her feeling better. Definitely gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.
I brought my little guy in today. He was very sick, and I needed to say goodbye. The staff was incredibly understanding and caring, showing a lot of compassion for my little guy. They were gentle and attentive throughout the process.
They were bought out by a Private Equity, and raised their prices! Staff sounded miserable last time I talked to them. Fight corporate greed and boycott P.E.!!!! I'm happy I left!
I have been going to this vet clinic for 20 years. I am so glad they are allowing you to go inside with your pets,as long as you mask up. I like the one on one contact instead of talking over the phone. The vets are very thorough & the staff is very friendly.They are not rushing you out the door for next appt. You can tell they are pet people, my dogs feel very comfortable going there. I have had several litters of pups & they always make sure to get me in within the 4 day window to get their dew claws done.
