I’ve hesitated making this review, as I try not to waste emotional energy on things I can’t control, but I have not been able to resolve my anger with Dr. Truitt and her practice, so I feel it is time. The Vet Set has been my trusted home for the best veterinary care for my beloved pup Alfie for over a decade. From the most basic needs - to highly sensitive guidance regarding major surgery, the care and compassion is genuine and heartfelt. Everyone goes above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful for the care and support. Dr. T and all the staff are amazing!
Revised my review to two stars - no veterinarian should be blasting out 10 emails per week about promotional deals. Please clean it up.
Dr Truitt is incredible. My dog has been her patient for over a year and I have zero complaints. She really cares. She’s helped me through all the phases. My dog has his own challenges, I’m pretty sure I’ve cried in her office at least once possibly twice. Dr Truitts guidance continues to help me through the ups and downs. She gently suggested a trainer who we love and was a perfect fit for my dog. It feels like she knows him almost as much as I do whenever we visit. I can’t thank the whole team at the vet set enough. My dog who does not love everyone, truly loves Dr. Truitt and staff. Dr. Truitt quickly diagnosed what was happening with my dog’s paw that blew up after a hike. An issue that could have been life threatening. She was the third vet to see him. Forever grateful.
