I took Lucy my ragdoll cat to The Vet Lounge at Ormeau yesterday for a sore paw and a vaccination and as usual the staff and Dr. Brie were so attentive and caring. My cat is quite aggressive and I must praise Dr. Brie for the way she handled Lucy. I thank you for your kindness and caring.
Best service, vets remember us & make a big fuss over our dogs (we are frequent visitors) dogs are not frightened at all & seem to enjoy their visits.
Have visited twice. 1st was a vaccination appointment for a new puppy. The vet was very thorough and explained everything and gave us a written schedule to follow. 2nd visit our pup was unwell. They fitted us in quickly and all the staff were very caring. Again the vet was very thorough with her examination and communication was excellent. The practice was clean and tidy.
