Called late in the afternoon for our first time dog and first time incident. Our dog had a bleeding laceration on its leg. Not sure what to expect in this situation or where to turn other than a local vet. It's close to closing time so I expect to pay a emergency consult fee. the Team were very nice and helpful but because it was late and close to their closing time they said we can bandage dog back up and give some drugs but I'll have to drive to the emergency after hours vet in Underwood. The incredible team at The Vet Lounge Ormeau always go above and beyond. They even assist me to get my fur baby out of the car upon arrival. I am extremely happy with the outstanding care and advice they give each and every time. A very big thank you to the entire team, especially to Brei and Dee From Dee and Bonnie 🐾
