My experience was let down by the older lady — I believe she’s a vet — who was acting as the receptionist during my visit. After my dog’s consultation had finished, I was left waiting around 15 minutes just to pay while she took two separate phone calls. Her manner was also quite rude and unnecessarily sassy, which made the situation even more frustrating. Poor customer service.
Always lovely people and excellent service. Staff are very kind to pet and helpful with great advice.
