One of the best spa, very professional facial therapist team
After 3 plus years of attending the Verve Lounge experiencing usually good service ( depending on who I got on the day …. Staff changes frequently lately) I received the news on my checkout from last appointment this week that I owed $350 for the service , which was supposed to be $50 . The service was the last one from a package of 3 pre purchased , due to an unexpected/ unplanned stomach bug on the day of my original booking I had to cancel and reschedule , which I understood incurred a late fee of $50 . What the? is the most acceptable statement I can start with regarding the unfair comment about Verve Lounge staff by Samantha B in the previous post. Seriously, Samantha. I have been treated numerous times in the skilled hands of Neriel and crew. There has always been repeated info' about the costs, reasonable ones, I would be taking on. $465 out of pocket today for what i believed they had advertised as as “special” neck/jaw lift facial. Only to be told I had “misled myself and booked for the wrong procedure” showed them their advert stating “special $149” and they weren’t interested. Not only that their procedure lasted approx 30mins for what i was lead to believe would be 60mins. Apparently they tell me there’s two Verve clinics at Ascot???
