Excellent service and products. Professional and courteous installation. We used them years ago for our business and now recently for our home. Did a mix of motorized designer shades, shutters, and decorative blinds. Very pleased with the window coverings and service throughout. Highly recommend.

We had a new house, so there were no window coverings at all. Greg was great to work with. He spent several hours at our house, and we never felt rushed. He didn't push, but did not hesitate to give his opinion. It was great that he had samples of everything in his van, so we could really get a feel for what it would look like in our house. He had great suggestions, and we are so happy with the results.
We had a great experience with Greg from Vertical Factory. His customer service is exceptional and we were so happy with the shutters and blinds. Definitely recommend!
