Laci is the best! A firm teacher with a playful perspective on the art. I use it for fitness and it's up there with weighted vest hill sprints and powerlifting.
The owner is a hateful woman with a strong distaste for Catholics, the oilfield, and people with weight issues. She is not friendly at all. Definitely do not spend your money at this establishment.
Such a great fitness studio. Classes are tough, but a lot of fun.
I love the classes! Always feels great and sore like no other!
