Juniper is a welcoming community. The facilities are spotless and warm and inviting as are the staff.
I can't say enough good things about the Vero! All of the staff and workers know my father-in-law both by name and by the things that he likes to do and talk about. When it was his birthday and he had to leave and go to rehab because of a fall, the secretary at the front desk made sure to send him flowers - not because it was a 'policy' but just because she cared. There are no words that will truly articulate the love and respect I have for the staff at the Vero. BJ, Jessica, Ashley, Allison, Aking, Sherry (I am certain there are folks I am forgetting) are the quintessential definition of empathy, care, and commitment we expect as a provider of senior care for our loved ones.
