From our first tour of the facility, BJ DiDonato, Dir of Sales & Marketing, set the bar very high as we were considering a home for my MIL. She introduced us to residents, showed us potential apartments, and gave us a complete tour. My MIL has adjusted so well here mainly because of the friendliness of staff and residents alike. Wonderful community, clean, amazing staff from receptionist ( team Henry!), to the hard working kitchen staff, to activities !!! Beautiful place. Happy residents.

Juniper is a welcoming community. The facilities are spotless and warm and inviting as are the staff.

I can't say enough good things about the Vero! All of the staff and workers know my father-in-law both by name and by the things that he likes to do and talk about. When it was his birthday and he had to leave and go to rehab because of a fall, the secretary at the front desk made sure to send him flowers - not because it was a 'policy' but just because she cared. I was used to other facilities (not the Vero) having care managers on their cell phones rather than attending to residents who were actively trying to get their at... read more
