There are no words that will truly articulate the love and respect I have for the staff at the Vero. BJ, Jessica, Ashley, Allison, Aking, Sherry (I am certain there are folks I am forgetting) are the quintessential definition of empathy, care, and commitment we expect as a provider of senior care for our loved ones. My husband and I are very happy with not only the beautiful facility but the excellent care our loved one is receiving at The Vero. BJ DiDonato, Director of Sales and Marketing, was super helpful from day 1! She gave us a thorough tour and all the details and information necessary for a smooth move in date. She was, and still is always available for any questions or concerns we might have. Our loved one has adjusted well and has met several new friends. We are so thankful to BJ and the entire staff at The Vero!
I have had the opportunity to work with the people at Juniper Village from the very beginning when they opened 3 years ago. My Aunt Elaine was the first resident to move in and we as a family have been more than satisfied. Looked at over 20 assisted living facilities and picked Juniper for several reasons: Loved the overall closeness of the entire place. The staff is exceptional from the Director on down to all the nurses and aides. The marketing director actually visited me in rehab and stayed for almost an hour answering all my questions. We have nothing but great things to say about Juniper Village. The facilities are nice, but what makes this place special is the people. Everyone from the front desk to the business office, to the nursing staff to the dining hall servers to the aids to the cleaning crew is competent, pleasant and loving.
