We met with BJ DiDonato who gave us a tour of this beautiful facility. She was extremely knowledgeable as it relates to the services and care provided and things we should consider as we were managing a loved one’s memory care. We never felt pressured and she was so patient with our many questions. We loved all that this facility offered, it felt safe, and felt like it could be a “home away from home” for our loved one at some point (unfortunately she passed away a few months after our visit to Juniper). Very nice and luxurious.
My father-in-law has been a resident at The Vero since July 2024. He has been very comfortable there and I have experienced first hand the friendliness and caring of the staff. They know all the residents by name and have been extremely helpful with any questions I have had. The food is very good, the environment is stellar and the atmosphere is like being at home. Highly recommend!!
