I loved the factory tour and how passionate everyone is about the bears! I have 2 Vermont Teddy bears and today I bought one for my nephews Birthday and another one for me!

My twins truly enjoyed the tour and making their bears! Our tour guide Debby was Great! A lot of Fun.
Bear hospital is completely disorganized. Promised our bear back in a week mailed, went there after 3 weeks, no idea where the bear is, promised a call the next day, it took 2, said they had issues with shipping but bear was done and we could pick up. Went back the next day and after a 1/2 hour said it was mailed. Poor customer service all around. The website has a place where you can see what bears are in the hospital but that hasn't been updated in over a month so that was worthless as well.

I was there for a tour about 18 years ago. It was very cute. I hope to be able to take my children when we drive though on vacation
I would recommend to do the tour.
