I’ve been coming to see Verity now for years and she really is the best reflexologist and fertility coach. Her knowledge is second to none and she is absolutely lovely too. I first came to her for fertility advice and treatment prior to my daughter’s birth, and have been a regular customer even since for general wellbeing and more recently perimenopause support. I look forward to my monthly sessions so much and always step away feeling calmer and rebalanced.
Highly recommend booking a consultation with Verity no matter the stage your at with fertility. She helps to easily navigate the endless amount of information out there with simple, straightforward and tailored guidance. Even during pregnancy regular reflexology has helped with mindset, stress and overall hormone health. Don't become stuck trying everything, speak to Verity who can work out what's best for you.
I cannot rate the Verity Paz clinic highly enough. We had a 2 year conception journey and I visited the clinic weekly for acupuncture and reflexology. But it was much more than those acupuncture and reflexology sessions that was so helpful to me - it was the warm welcome, the big smiles, the weekly chats, the success stories from other clients in similar boats that kept me positive and kept me going. I am quite sure that I would not have had a healthy baby daughter at 42 if it was not for Verity and her team.
