we absolutely love it here. we waited months for an apartment because we wanted to live here so bad. the location is amazing, staff and maintenance are fast to respond and so friendly. the entire complex is insanely clean and well taken care of. we’re hoping we can live here for a few years!

Hello, I have been a resident here for almost a year and I have received two rent increases that office personnel stated that would not happen within a year of me residing here. I have also received EXTREME retaliatory, dishonesty, and deceptiveness from office personnel where I am receiving constant notices on my door seeming emergent but they are not. I’ve lived here for 3 months. I’ve gotten 2 seperate letters within those 3 months of my rent being raised. It wasn’t raised $20-$40. It was raised $150 ( the second time alone ) . As a single low income household, I’m extremely upset . This hasn’t happened once , but twice. I was told it happens once a year, and this is the second time they raise my damn rent WITHIN A 3 month period. Now I have to wait for a manager to call me back because nobody has any answers.
