Got it taken care of quickly
Living at the Veridian has been the most amazing thing for our family. The leasing office is extremely supportive, understanding, helpful, and kind. Alexis has helped us get our approval through multiple times, Shelby gave us frequent updates, and Anthony has helped maintain our townhome across all vast inquiries we have had. We love it here! One time we had a package that was misdelivered and maintenance actually found it and brought it to our door and made sure we received it properly! What a service that was!
Ive had such awful experiences with where I've lived and I couldn't tell you how amazing it is to live here. The staff is incredible and understanding and I've never had any negative experiences. The Cora and Alexis have been so easy to talk to and get information when its needed. The amenities are amazing and we definitely take advantage of having them. We love our neighbors and the maintenance workers. I never want to leave.
So far we really like living here. The staff is fantastic and maintenance is very punctual. Cora is great. She answered every question and helped with a few things while moving in.
