I want to start by saying that I lived at The Verge for over 5 years. I had moved here in May of 2020 and lived here until the end of August of 2025. So I've seen the property change over time, had many roommates, seen the ups and downs, lived in 4 different apartments at The Verge. Overall it is a good place to live for students and those looking to save some money. The furnished apartments are a huge disappointment. The furniture provided is in terrible condition— cheap, worn-out, and barely usable. Don’t be fooled by the model unit; the actual units are nothing like it. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
The Verge’s lease agreement does NOT have an exit clause, leaving tenants responsible for the full lease term, even in unavoidable situations. Management offers little support for early lease termination, making things very risky. Do NOT sign a lease with this community unless there is an acceptable early termination clause on your lease agreement.

KIDS LIVE HERE!! Not fully student housing. More like family housing. They do not include this anywhere on the website or lease. My upstairs neighbor is a toddler!!!!! Constant stomping, jumping, and screaming that wakes me up multiple times throughout the night and early morning, even white noise can’t block this out. It also goes on in the middle of day.
