The furnished apartments are a huge disappointment. The furniture provided is in terrible condition— cheap, worn-out, and barely usable. Don’t be fooled by the model unit; the actual units are nothing like it. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
The Verge’s lease agreement does NOT have an exit clause, leaving tenants responsible for the full lease term, even in unavoidable situations. Management offers little support for early lease termination, making things very risky. Do NOT sign a lease with this community unless there is an acceptable early termination clause on your lease agreement.

KIDS LIVE HERE!! Not fully student housing. More like family housing. They do not include this anywhere on the website or lease. My upstairs neighbor is a toddler!!!!! Constant stomping, jumping, and screaming that wakes me up multiple times throughout the night and early morning, even white noise can’t block this out. It also goes on in the middle of day. I don't normally write reviews, but I really wanted to mention how good the staff is here. I was getting my packages like normal at the leasing office, when suddenly I couldn't start up my car because my car battery was dead. I was unsure of what to do so I asked for some help, and the maintenance guy came and helped me. Not only did the maintenance guy check on my car hood, but went all the way to O'Reilly to get a tester and see what was wrong with the car.
