I have lived here over a year now and it’s just gone so downhill. While the management team has some really friendly people, and the amenities come in handy (like the gym and occasional free food/gifts for residents) there shouldn’t be this many recurring issues for a monthly rent so high. If you want to be able to hear other people’s full drunk conversations in the hallway in middle of the night, this is the place for you. Walls are thin as paper. This place is horrible. It is the first apartment I have lived in, and It is horrible. They are doing nothing but scamming college students out of money. The amount of issues I have had is frustrating. I have talked to many people who live here, and they have said the same things. All of our leases end in eight months, and we are already searching for new places to go. When I moved in, it was 100 degrees outside and my AC did not work.
