I called in on Monday morning at 8.40am all appointments for week was gone! on phone can’t get through and if will get through same answer: no appointments all gone and it’s same every week, every day. Disaster
Called on Monday before 10am when the appointments for the week are handed out. 25th in line, by the time I got through to receptionist (about 20 mins) I was told that all appointments were gone for the week. So it seems they only had 24 appointments for the whole surgery for a week…surgery really went downhill before Covid and amazingly has gotten worse after it. Last time I tried to get an appointment I was told “emergencies only”…sorry but isn’t that what A&E is for? Have got a form to move to a new GP. 1 star out of 5 be... read more
Useless people don't understand the struggles of every day life in most patients. Cant email a simple medical form to a rehabilitation center. I highly don't recommend them as good doctors as I ended up antipsychotics last time I needed sleep because I suffer ADHD their was clearly a misunderstanding! Which has led to serious addictions and help needed from my doctor messed with the chemical gate ways in my brain, now they won't help me get into a rehab!
The new staff are good, have had a great experience lately and the wait times on the phones are much quicker, I hope it last well done
