I have lived here for a little bit less than a year and absolutely love it. The building is incredibly well run - management, leasing, doormen, maintenance are all world class. I could not recommend The Verdesian enough. Hope to be here for years to come.

Best building I've ever lived in, by far. Kind, helpful, wonderful and warm staff. Everything runs so smoothly, everyone is so friendly and happy to help. Mark in leasing is amazing. I am sad to go!! What a great team.
The Verdesian is amazing. Leasing process was great and the staff is exceptional. Would recommend to anyone.
