MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING SO YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF FROM AN ENDLESS NIGHTMARE WITH THIS APARTMENT. THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE A ⭐️. Utility Billing: You don’t pay for what you use — you pay for what everyone else uses. Water and trash alone will run you over $200 every month. And don’t forget, you also pay for electricity and gas on your own. Your total bill will easily end up between $400–$500 a month. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with The Veranda Apartments has been extremely frustrating. We applied for an apartment and were denied, which was fine — but we were told by Carrie that our holding deposit would be refunded within five business days by check. It has now been over a month, and despite sending multiple emails to follow up, we have received no response and no refund. We scheduled a tour for a three-bedroom apartment, clearly stating in advance that we were only interested in a 3-bedroom. We were invited for an appointment and the time was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the leasing office staff ignored us, even though we could clearly see them inside. No one opened the door, and by the time our appointment started, we saw that the staff were just enjoying their lunch. Thank You to Liza M.! Awesome Hospitality and we greatly enjoyed our stay with Liza being the new Management on Duty. Liza's communication and personable skills is A-1 I do recommend asking for Liza when you come to the apartment to stay or visit.
