We scheduled a tour for a three-bedroom apartment, clearly stating in advance that we were only interested in a 3-bedroom. We were invited for an appointment and the time was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the leasing office staff ignored us, even though we could clearly see them inside. No one opened the door, and by the time our appointment started, we saw that the staff were just enjoying their lunch. Thank You to Liza M.! Awesome Hospitality and we greatly enjoyed our stay with Liza being the new Management on Duty. Liza's communication and personable skills is A-1 I do recommend asking for Liza when you come to the apartment to stay or visit.
Don’t rent. There’s a long list of reasons why, the top being they’re money hungry and lack maintenance! From the broken canopy hitting my window, to the side gates allowing homeless to access the building, the front glass door frame being broken, all the fire doors having the wrong and Mickey Moused handles, the maintenance requests being push out, or incorrect, pee on the main stairway, lack of canopy at the pool during the summer, missing grill piece, incorrect handle on the back entry gate, unvented stove top (just fans ... read more
Worst management i ever experienced. I booked a tour TWICE in both time no one showed up I waited 30min both times for nothing. The second time before I went I called the center call and told the representative what happened the first time I went and she ASSURED me that her colleague is in office in fact they were showing appointments all day!
