Clean/Relaxing/Experienced! – I'm new to the area and I went here after reading some positive reviews and found that they were right and it's a great place to get your eyebrows or any other wax done. Maria was very experienced, gentle, nice, and I also noticed they use a higher end wax for sensitive skin. It's hard to find a good place to get your eyebrows done well and the way you like it. Great Waxing & Manicures – I was a Tulane student and went to Venus for all of my waxing and manicure/pedicure needs. Gladys is amazing. Her brazilians are painless and her manicures DO NOT CHIP. I've never had a manicure last so long it's crazy. It's walking distance from Tulane and you can pretty much always get an appointment. Call a day in advance to make sure. A little expensive but definately worth it.
Great Services – I am new to Venus but so far I love it!! The brazilian waxes by Mercedes are the best (quick and not painful). I just recently got a pedicure and it was really good as well considering the pedicurist spoke no English at all..
Disappointing waxing services – I was disappointed with the waxing services at Venus, especially considering this salon was highly recommended by my peers and on internet review sties. I'm a 4yr nola resident. Best bikini wax, mani/pedi in New Orleans – Venus Experience is the best place to get a bikini and eyebrow wax in the South. Period. The manicure/pedicure special is a great deal and takes about half the time as a usual mani/pedi. The services are NOT overpriced, and the spa is very clean. Everyone girl who I know in the city who is happy with her waxing goes to Venus.
Casual spa with great service – After trying most of the spas in the city, Venus Experience is my favorite! The services are efficient (say goodbye to the hour-long bikini wax) and priced well. I love the casual atmosphere and lack of sales pressure.
Awseom Brow Waxing! – They are amazing. I fell asleep when I was getting my brows waxed...didn't hurt a bit! Best brow wax I have ever had.
the best Brazilian wax, facials and massages in town. – My experience at Venus was and is always the best. excellent service and very friendly people. I love their cleanness. They have great specials for students like their pedicure and manicure on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays for only $40.
