Our organization used The Venue Zone to help us like locate the perfect venue for our biannual women's conference. The staff were able to take all our special & specific requirements in to consideration and were very helpful in finding suitable suggestions. It saved us so much time by eliminating unsuitable venues quickly and finding options we were not aware of and wouldn't have been able to locate on our own. I would definitely recommend The Venue Zone as the first point if call when searching for the perfect venue!
These people are great - they actually listen to what your requirements are, take care of all the negotiations, and get back to you promptly. The service Venue Zone provides is excellent, and it's the first place I go to when I need to organise a conference or event for work.
We used The Venue Zone for booking our college ball and they were absolutely fantastic. We received an email the very next day listing a huge number of venues that fitted what we were after, all within budget and provided everything we requested. The hardest part about using The Venue Zone is choosing your venue!
