The older woman who handles your scheduling needs to be reminded that kindness in a customer service industry goes a long way. There’s firm and to the point and then there’s just rude and she falls in the later. There’s also facial expressions, and I can respect having a naturally aggressive looking face as I myself am that way. Rented the three studios for a 13 year-old boys Birthday party. The space is huge, and perfectly suited for this age when places like Ijump are too "childish." Completely unique venue in my experience, and it was perfect. Staff was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend. *Edit: to avoid confusion, the Venue Studios appears to manage two separate spaces.
