It’s a beautiful place, however, the wedding was in the barn on the coldest day of the year and it was frigid. There was no heat and I could not enjoy the ceremony as all I could focus on was how cold I was. Also, not being able to get into the reception area until 1PM to decorate was a challenge. The wedding was at 3:30PM so there was a lot of stress trying to get it decorated in time. Allegedly the facility does not provide decorations. I think for the amount of money spent for the Venue, they could be more accommodating.
What a great venue!! The entire team at Maison Du Lac is amazing. Jessie is very quick at responding and helped so much along the way. The space is just gorgeous and we received many compliments about how nice the property was. If you are looing for a wedding venue and are on a budget I would recommend checking them out.

They are wonderful! When we first toured Maison du Lac we knew right away it was the one. The scenery is beautiful, the venue sits by a little lake with a deck and there is a cabin for the guys and a bridal suite for the girls. Jessie was our wedding coordinator from the venue and she is amazing! Very sweet and patient and good at what she does! I could not recommend this group more! Every detail, from months in advance through the day of and even following up after the day of was precise and calculated by them. They are truly great at what they do.
