The venue was gorgeous and the facility was very clean. However the lady directing it , Chris was rude multiple times to my family. She lied about where we could have the charcuterie board . Then falsely claimed said she was going to decorate the donkeys. 🫏
I could not be happier with our experience at the Venue. Chris and Tim were so accommodating and helpful. The venue itself is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. The attention to detail by the owners definitely sets this place apart from others. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you Chris and Tim!
It was such a lovely place for a wedding but we had multiple issues with the venue owner. We would ask for various things (chairs set up because it was getting crowded, moving existing decor, putting charcuterie where it was initially promised in outdoor area, etc) and she acted like everything we asked for was an issue and inconvenience. I had the chance to bring my photo booth to The Venue at Hidden Springs last year, and it left such a lasting impression. Tim and Chris were fantastic — so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist with anything I needed as a vendor. Their grounds are immaculate, and it’s clear they’ve poured their heart and soul into every inch of the space. Can’t wait for the next time I get to work there!
