I left a review for a sweet 16 party that I attended this past Saturday 9/29/2023. Because they didn't like my review they are threatening me with legal action. Why do they ask for a review if you can't be honest? They are rude and they are in breach of contract. Where was our signature drink? I still stand by my review. Thank you.
The director was rude, nasty, he said the TV had no USB for our slide show. We were told it did, he had no interest in assisiting us. We had to pull the TV ourselves from the wall. When it was time to serve the $400.00 cake, they gave us take out wings dishes as if we were t a BBQ. The food tasted frozen and cold. The entire staff was not helpful.
