DO NOT RENT HERE The front office wasn’t very communicative. They showed me a unit, told me to apply. I tried to immediately apply but it was locked out. Apparently someone else had applied right after and was immediately given a security deposit quote and allowed to get the unit. All before I was even able to apply. Shady management team. Beware.
Came in today to get some information on some units. Had the wonderful opportunity to meet Rhett and Daniel! They were both amazing with answering any questions I had, and provided me with a tour! The facility was clean and smelled very nice.
This place is TERRIBLE, the stairways are FILTHY, whoever cleans the ROOMS are the most NASTIEST, non-cleaning people I've met!!! FIRE THE WHOLE CLEANING STAFF. Room 308 the Airbnb host and room is FILTHY! Had to immediately sweep and mop the floors. Only had one roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags and one roll of napkins for a week stay. The host had the AUDACITY to charge $100 clean up fee if you dont take out the trash. I’m so glad I didn’t let the reviews on past pest control problems didn’t stop me Great property! Touring was awesome! Daniel was Awesome. No roaches, or any other pest. The unit was beautiful!!! Can’t wait to Move-In
