DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Problems on top of problems on top of problems. You get daily emails that tell you what's going wrong in every building in the complex. No lie, one or two buildings always had no heat, no water, or no cool air. I was blessed enough to live in a building that had cool air and heat when I needed it. They have since replaced their "A/C" with window units which they should've done from the start. I still had problems though: - Insect infestation. i’m currently moving out of here after almost 4 years and I am stoked! Every single summer my AC never worked. ever. Denver had a big freeze a few years ago and guess who had no water or heat for 17 days!! All of us! I called the city in to help in 2023 because there was water pooling out of my ceiling near their version of an HVAC. i do not recomend it to my worst enemy.
Everything is awful especially for the cost of rent. Everything is old, out of date, and not working. I highly recommend not living here unless it's your absolute last option.
There’s homeless people shooting up/smoking fentanyl in my hallway and stairways every night. The passed out bodies make it impossible to go up or down the stairs. The office is aware but they don’t care nor will they call the police. I was told “everywhere you go is going to have homeless people you just have to deal with it” by the maintenance man when I asked him to get them out of my hallway, and he yelled at me when I told him that’s not true.
