There’s homeless people shooting up fentanyl in my hallway and stairways every night. The passed out bodies make it impossible to go up or down the stairs. The office is aware but they don’t care nor will they call the police. I was told “everywhere you go is going to have homeless people you just have to deal with it” by the maintenance man when I asked him to get them out of my hallway, and he yelled at me when I told him that’s not true. Very very quick to evict people, except the ones who sleep here every night for free.... read more
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just bad. Whatever you can think of, it's subpar at best here. At worst, it's nightmarish. After a month of not having A/C, and battling management just for a fan, they have come back and told me no resident will be getting any concessions from this catastrophic situation. But they expect you to pay the full amount of rent, when they cannot offer even the most basic of amenities. Rajaa and the rest of the management staff are completely worthless here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
