The apartment complex has really been working with me I just moved to Colorado and was in need of a place for me and my children although I didn’t have everything together In time they are working with me and are really nice ! I love the fast work they do and I appreciate everything they have done for me I would give them 10 stars if I could . They are really nice in the office and has been a blessing to me and my children although .
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is extremely poorly managed — when I lived there, the AC broke repeatedly over three consecutive summers, and it was never properly fixed. That’s a clear failure to maintain basic habitability. Communication with the front desk or leasing office was virtually nonexistent. The pool was frequently closed, and the neighborhood didn’t feel particularly safe. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Every single facet of my experience with this place has been awful.
I don't recommend it at all, if you want to waste your money go sign with them
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Problems on top of problems on top of problems. You get daily emails that tell you what's going wrong in every building in the complex. No lie, one or two buildings always had no heat, no water, or no cool air. I was blessed enough to live in a building that had cool air and heat when I needed it. They have since replaced their "A/C" with window units which they should've done from the start. I still had problems though: - Insect infestation. i’m currently moving out of here after almost 4 years and I am stoked! Every single summer my AC never worked. ever. Denver had a big freeze a few years ago and guess who had no water or heat for 17 days!! All of us! I called the city in to help in 2023 because there was water pooling out of my ceiling near their version of an HVAC.
