Absolutely the best experience consistently. The owner and manager and all the staff are friendly and they speak English to and with their customers! The spa is beautiful and well maintained and very sanitary. It’s a relaxing environment and they don’t switch their prices up. They are reliable and detailed. Jason is my favorite nail tech, he absolutely is the best tech I have encountered EVER. I started coming 7 months ago and will stay with this nail salon now. The most professional and friendly ever

We had a 4pm appointment for 2 pedicure, we sat down and none of the workers even acknowledged us for 30 mins. That's when the lady across from me mentioned she's been there for 45 mins and no one has got to her yet. So we got up and left...no one bothered to ask what happened or apologized. Don't be fool by the nice decor and luxurious chairs.

Don’t get me wrong this place was clean and beautiful with comfortable chairs. HOWEVER I was cut open on my cuticle really bad this Monday. It’s an accident and it happens. But the cut was so bad she had to grab a first aid kit and mystery powder to try to fix it. She didn’t tell me anything she was putting on my toe to stop the bleeding which I’m not sure was a language barrier or a panic thing. I as a professional and a business person would have discounted the service if I ripped someone’s toe open like that. Instead she ... read more
