The staff are always patient and professional, very knowledgeable, and in the rare instance that something happens outside their control (recently had a new Voopoo VRIZZ 15ml pod leak - totally a manufacturing issue, and when Voopoo refused to help, these awesome folks did!) they will absolutely do everything they can to provide a solution. Ive been here twice and love it! I thought since they were missing a handful of flavors I was used to that it might be an issue but they helped me find a couple juice flavors that are new favorites and are actually able to help me order flavors for my picky self! I had a hard time getting bad advice from other stores. I did use an ai chat assistant to lead me toward a device but they were the only ones I could find after visiting more than half the stores in rogers. Went to the vape shop this afternoon and got some new pod system vape! Sadonya helped me and my husband Mario pick out vapes and also filled it up with the juice for us so we knew how it worked ... Funny enough I got home and already forgot how lol so I called back and Xavier answered and told me how to do it and I figure it out!!!!
