The Velvet Snout now in Richardson This is the best dog daycare facility I have seen. It is definitely the cleanest and they treat your animals with the love and affection they deserve! Besides daycare, they offer boarding in roomy suites, not kennels. They also have a full time groomer on staff! The price is right and the service is phenomenal!!! I love this place!
great care The Velvet Snout offers amazing care for pets. They treat them like they were one of their own. The groomer does an amazing job so does their trainer and their prices are reasonable.
velvet snout...doesn't get better then this! where do i start? well, the staff here are awesome, the facility is super clean, & my pooches, sid & gypsy LOVE the doggie daycare here! this is what doggie daycare should be...a safe, clean, fun environment where your dog's can romp to their hearts content. we've used VS for boarding & felt very comfortable that the dogs were having a great time and were being well taken care of. sid & gypsy have also been gussied up (groomed) here & man oh man did they look good! love that the s... read more
The Greatest Dog Care Facilty - Snout Baby! This is the most awesome place in the world to send a pet for daycare. My chocolate Pom Sebastian has been a regular for more than a year, and he loves it so much. The staff is so loving and caring. They have a special way with every animal that is so unique to each dog's personality. I am able to work and not worry about my baby while he is there. Unprofessional Care Just picked up my Elvis from Velvet Snout now I will never ever use them again while I was gone I've tried to call them almost every single day to check up on him and I've given them multiple emails with no response they suck big time. Their response was oh I'm sorry I never received any phone calls or emails are you sure you have the correct address.. you kidding me people. Snout! Snout! Baby!!!! Love this place I really don't bother to take time to write about a business but I have to say that this place just blew me away. I have never felt comfortable leaving my baby "Rocky" with anyone even my parents. I stopped by out of the blue and was able to take a tour of the location and I was so very impressed by how clean everything was. In addition the staff was just awesome! Pet pampering The Velvet Snout is now located on Beltline in a new facility and it is great, I have taken my mom's dog there now twice and both times he went in looking shaggy and came out like a price. Wonderful people...he really likes going there.
Velvet Snout is the Best I have a 501c3 rescue organization. Diana has been extremely accommodating and has allowed us to bring many of our rescues to board. Recently she saved the life of one of our dogs that was showing sign of bloat. You only have a short amount of time to save a dog from bloat. Diana rushed our dog to the emergency room and saved her life. You won't find anyone else doing that! Diana and her staff were instrumental in finding a great adoptive home for one of our dogs. As an update to my previous review, Dexter recently completed 2 weeks of board and train with Josh at the Velvet Snout. I cannot speak highly enough of how incredible Josh and his staff did in training Dexter. I also really appreciated all the updates and videos that showed me about Dexter’s progress. This training program is amazing and well worth it!
