This place is Amazing. The moment I walked in, I already knew it's the right place for my daughter 21st birthday. Place is spotless clean, fresh sense, space is perfect size. It has everything you need. The staff are super friendly and top it off, manager is exceptional helpful, resourceful & knowledgeable. I can't wait to celebrate my daughter's 21st at this beautiful venue "The Velvet Rose".
Beautiful venue, classy, convenient, delicious food, 5 star service. They worked with my family to customize certain cultural requests. Worth every penny. My sisters 60th birthday celebration was memorable and we got to be in the moment while the staff took care of most everything.
I wouldn’t give them any stars. Unfortunately, my experience with this venue was very disappointing. Communication was poor, and several promises that were made were not followed through on. The owner was not as helpful or organized as expected, which added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special event.
