I have been going to The Velvet Edge Salon for years and always leave feeling great about my hair. The atmosphere, aesthetic, and experience is always top tier. My recent appointment with my new stylist, Gwen, was fantastic!! I'm picky about my hair and usually never do anything drastic but she totally transformed my hair to a style that fits me perfectly! I've received so many compliments in just the few days since I had it done. I absolutely love it!!
I loved Velvet Edge Salon and my stylist Chase. I got a basic trim, layering, and wash for my hair, but it was very relaxing and Chase was super sweet and gave me suggestions for my new things I could do with my hair, such as getting some of my hair shorter to frame my face. She also makes sure that you are comfortable the entire time. I also tried the Velvet Mimosa and it was delicious. I will be back and I truly enjoyed my time at Velvet Edge Salon.
I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism I experienced here by Rachel, the owner. She personally corrected both the color and cut I had received, taking her time to make sure everything was perfect. She was so kind, professional, and apologetic, and even taking time to use it as a teaching moment. Which in my opinion is very thoughtful. She didn’t charge me at all for the service. The most amazing experience!!! I've been getting my hair done for 25 plus years! I went there for the first time last week. Rachel and her team of stylists are fantastic. My hair is not easy to get right. It has a ton of grey, highlights, low lights and base color and probably a little of everything in between……lol Anyway, to say they knocked it out of the park would be an understatement. They did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back as a regular! Highly recommend
