Bought a child's bike for a friend. Dale had Sam throw a major restoration on it. Even added a clever little basket for school books. All at what must have been his cost. Super service. Very Happy Little Kid.
Should have come here AFTER I went to Trek to get my vintage bike fixed and road-ready. It would have cost me a fraction of the cost! Anyway, my seat post was rusted in and TheVelo was kind enough to unstick it, put on a new seat for me and new tires (they didn't have the tires I needed in stock so they called around for me! What sweethearts!) and the service was phenomenal, friendly, informative, and insanely affordable. I will most definitely be back again!
I've bought three bikes from Dale at The Velo in the past 6 months; one for me, one for my wife, and one for my son. He provided expert advice with each purchase which enabled my family to get exactly the bikes we wanted. If you're in the market for a bike (or are selling one), go talk to Dale!
