My wife’s car went in to repair storm damage to the drivers side of the car. There were a few issues with timings, the parts took a while to source from BMW so the repairs took much longer than expected - almost 3 months. The actual work carried out was top quality and we were very please with the end result.

Vella Group do not even deserve 1 star. However, just to post review I have given them 1 star. The most WORST Accident repair centre in the whole UK. Very poor customer service from Steve the site manager. Unprofessional and incompetent team. My vehicle went for front end repairs, the front light Jetwash is not flushed to the bumper and raise which in comparison to the driver side jetwash appears not fitted correctly.
