Today was my first visit to the vein company and it was primarily a consultation which included an ultrasound on both legs. Crystal was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process that was easy to understand. I then went for the ultrasound by Tori. She was also very friendly and also explained how's the ultrasound helped the physician to decide on the treatment plan. I will try to continue my reviews after treatment, but I'll wanted to share how happy I was with the Initial visit.

Before I even made it to my first appt.in Kingsport, I needed help! We were LOST! Amanda kindly walked us through how to get to our destination; patient, kind and thorough. Receptionists were friendly(Amanda offered additional help when ready to leave). I saw the NP(?) promptly. I think Sydney? She COULD NOT have been more helpful; was even willing to check insurance when I asked about 30/40 compression hose. Dr. Collins came in and talked a bit to me; never had that happen before!
