Super nice, clean, and efficient!
I've been to a lot of clinics in a lot of places being military and none can compare. 10 stars if I could!! From beginning to end from the receptionist, the nurse, the PA, to the ultrasound tech everyone was so kind and thorough. The PA was knowledgeable and explained everything. Listened with empathy and responded with care and understanding. It was honestly overwhelming for me because I've never experienced that level of concern and professionalism. Everyone at the vein company was really nice. Only issue I had was when it came time to schedule my procedures. I spoke with the nurse about what needed to be done and she explained it well. Then she took me to the front desk where the receptionist I believe Linda was her name first off, There is NO privacy at the front desk to schedule procedures, and I had to wait until she wasn’t either checking in a patient or checking out a patient which she had a line at the front entrance when the Nurse brought me up there. I just left the Sevierville office, can’t say enough about the staff there Jane , Charlie and Kathy were extremely sweet and very helpful to me ! I had some pain with my first procedure they took extra time to give me information on what could help with this . Dr Towne is great as well, gentle and informative about what he is doing at all times. Would recommend this office to anyone needing help with their veins!
Staff is very kind and professional. I had a great experience even though I was in pain!
