I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Loges and his staff, they are not only professional, but offer a friendly atmosphere that is very informative to all your skin needs. I have talked in depth with both Jackie, and Helene about issues I have, and have been given the best suggestions to fit my needs. I had a hydrafacial today and absolutely loved it! I could really feel the dead skin being removed from my skin! Helene, walked me though everything and explained what she was doing! My skin feels so wonderful afterwards and I would highly recommend making an appointment for a hydrafacial!
I always wait a a month or so to write reviews. Today it only took me a half hour to let everyone know about NICOLE. I may not see results yet BUT I can feel them. The hydrafacial kicked ass and it may take a few times and possibly trying other services. Nicole gave me the confidence knowledge about the products and no bullshit most places do. I just came to the vein center and medspa for my first ever hydrafacial. I was scheduled with Helene and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! She was very kind and easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and made me feel very relaxed. Before my hydrafacial even started she really took her time to prep my face with steam, a clay mask, a lovely facial massage, and even did some manual extractions to help me get even better results! It doesn't get better than having a facial done by Nicole! She has changed my skin and skin regimen immensely! I just adore her and her passion for what she does. She takes the time to explain why she does what she does to my skin and has me fully onboard! The whole office is fantastic, your smiles and genuine customer service has me hooked!! I was greeted by Jackie and Dr. Loges as I walked in the door. They have complimentary coffee (tea or hot chocolate as well) for you as you fill out paperwork. Helene was kind and professional as she performed the HydrafacialMD. She was very knowledgeable about the products and offered skin care tips as well. I had a great experience here, and will definitely be back!
