I had a wonderful experience with The Art of Bridal. I attended a few appointments with different staff members, and they were all genuinely lovely and helpful throughout the process. I was very torn between two dresses, but the stylists took the time to guide me in my final choice. In the end, we customised one of the dresses from their collection, and I was so impressed by the range of alteration options available to create the perfect final look. The finished dress fit beautifully and felt completely me.

Very rude reception and not welcoming. Horrible experience trying to make enquiries and browse styles on offer. Appears to be hostile to anyone who doesn't fit the young and attractive bride mode.
I would highly recommend The Art of Bridal. The dresses are beautiful and Daisy was absolutely fantastic to work with. I said yes to my dress and I'm so excited to see the end result!
