Communication was quick and accurate. Richard assisted me in some difficult negotiations. He even drove me to the dealers to pick up my car.
Excellent customer service
Yet again Richard has come through for us with a Rav4 with low kilometres at a great price. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Richard and would recommend his service to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks mate.
Terrible customer service following the sale, Richard did not transfer the vehcile registration during the sale despite following this up more than 20 times. He simply did not return phone calls, voice messages, emails or text messages. We have now paid stamp duty twice and need to go to Fair Trading to be reimbursed. Seems like this is a similar trend for Richard. Very disappointing level of service, would not recommend.
Just picked up my car a week ago now and am happier than ever! Richard was more than helpful in finding me a suitable car and appropriate financing to match. Highly recommend.
