Margaret Riesen at Vegetarian Gourmet makes delicious food! She catered for my open houses and broker's tours. She also caters for large parties. She sources locally, her dishes are always what're in season, multicultural and very healthy.
The Vegetarian Gourmet caters breakfast for our group once a month and her offerings are delightful, nourishing, and gone when the meeting is over! Margaret is also a pleasure to work with--easy to talk to, offers ideas about the event, and I just feel like I'm already healthy just talking to her! I highly recommend the Vegetarian Gourmet, you'll be stress-free and your guests will want to know how you did it!
