Relatives live here when in town. Nice, spacious apartments. Easy to book and use a larger dining area for parties/functions/family. Very convenient location to downtown, Central Park, many bars and restaurants. Street parking is easy if you're not the one living there. I don't know the price so cannot calculate affordability, but if money is not a problem this is definitely a good choice.
