Went for dinner with family. Nice open space with a lot of room. They were soft launching their new menu and were doing both lunch and dinner options at dinner time. Great server. I had the Pork Belly Bao and it was delicious!
The bacon jam bites were the highlight of the meal. They were very good. The Barnyard Burger was not great. The beef patties were well past done and a little dry. The beef just crumbled apart and slid out of the buns. The chicken on it was a little slimy on the inside and prolly not done enough. They have a fantastic Shandy on tap though. It was not very busy, and my drink went empty twice. The atmosphere is strange. In the front it lools like a nice tavern, in the back it seems a lot more modern. Reins the vibe of both.
Very beautiful decor and very professional servers. Food is amazing not your simple bar food either!
I’m a tourist in Dubuque, and my family and I were recommended The Vault. The menu was lunch oriented, very short, and primarily made of sandwiches. I got the Poké Bowl, there was a very small portion of toppings and the bowl was 90% rice, the bowl also had no sauce of any kind and was uneventful to eat. Members of my family got the Steak Alfredo pasta, the Kimchi pasta, and Croquet Madame.
