I broke my very sentimental necklace chain in the middle and I thought it was finished. I came to The Vault to have it fixed and was greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Even got a hot chocolate and ballot for a draw. I will update once I pick up my necklace however initial impression was very good. Thank you for helping me with my necklace - it means more to me then I can explain.

The Vault is NOT a TRUSTWORTHY establishment. We are long time acquaintances of Mike Magnotich from the Vault, who quoted $435.00 to replace a lobster necklace clip. Due to knowing us for many years he reduced the price to give us a "deal" of $320.00. My gut told me to get a second opinion, I took it to a professional Jeweler whom we had no previous experience with, who quoted us $145.00. Took my boyfriends two necklaces that he got from his god father that passed away in to get fixed as both chains were broken, they pointed out that the clasps needed fixing also (which I would’ve never known). The price was very reasonable and they had them fixed and polished in a few days!! Definitely recommend them for repairs :)
