This is my first time leaving a bad review.Very Disappointing Hair Dye Experience.I went to this salon hoping to get a color similar to the photo I showed the stylist, but the result was completely different. The color I received was far from what I asked for, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. I felt the stylist didn't take enough time to understand the exact shade I wanted. The overall experience was not what I expected, and very disappointed! Will not come again and do not recommend.

I highly recommend Melissa Massey. She provided a beautiful experience, cut, and blowout! She really listened to me and advocated for me about keeping my length, and my overall vision for my cut. I highly appreciate that! The other girl Ariell was very domineering, insisting that they cut my hair shorter without consulting me. Also insisting that I get my hair framed around my face, which I previously told Melissa that I didn't want. I'll definitely be recommending Melissa to everyone I know.
