After I came back after a crushed finger injury I have went from 175 to 188.8 lbs in 5 months! Love that it's small and has old school equipment that I love training with. Very satisfied with my results.
Came here for the picture, stayed for the culture. Everyone is great and helpful. The daily passes are affordable for anyone traveling needing to lift for a day.
