I emailed The Vault over a year ago about their deteriorating U.S. Flag that has been displayed on the side of their first building. Apparently they just don't care because it is now even more shredded and half on the ground! I served and retired from the military came back to my hometown to settle down on family land off exit 105 in Manchester TN, and after all the places I've been I've just never seen such a poor display of the U.S. Flag by a business as this one. Baker is top shelf. Easy process throughout. He covered my Polaris after a storm ripped the cover I had. I can highly recommend!
Great facility, well lit, owners are responsive and knowledgeable, and easy online portal access! Would store my new boat here without a second thought! Easy access off 105.
Seems like they have thought of everything here. Have kept my boat at a few different facilities and this place is top notch. Plenty of space between bays so my wife can even get the boat in and out.
